Q. What are the System Requirments for the software?

Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000/2003/Server2000/Server2003and a Broadband or LAN high speed internet connection.

Q. Does this install anything on my computer?
A.
No, The remote support runs from the server side. When the support is finished or the connection has failed, the software simply terminates. Since there was nothing installed, there is nothing remaining.

Q. Are any fees for using this service?
A.
Possibly. If you are a client with a valid support agreement, there could be no fee. Fees, if any, will be discussed before the support session.

Q. I have a firewall, can I still use the service?
A.
Most likley. The software can connect through most hardware and software firewalls. Some firewalls may notify you of an attempted connection. You must allow the connection for the service to work.
