| Upper Cumberland Computer Consultants, LLC (Hereinafter refered to as UC3), shall not be held liable for any data loss or loss of productivity resulting in any repair procedure. It is your responsibility to backup your data or convey a list of important files to UC3. You may also be required to provide proof of ownership of any related software and operating system components prior to reinstalling them. UC3 shall not be held liable for any damages relating to the specific security of any machine or device or technology relating to the service. Spyware or malware may return to a repaired PC depending on surfing habits, installed programs and complexity of malware integration. UC3 does not make any claim that a computer is completely free of malware when the repair is finished unless the PC has been formatted. UC3 will not honor warranty rework on systems infected with spyware. UC3 does not make any expressed or implied guarantee that this service can be used with your computer or other hardware, nor that this service will allow a complete repair of any problem. A hourly rate of $50(fifty) dollars per hour may apply unless otherwise noted. |
